Retail Strategy

This project develops a complete retail strategy for Carter’s new subscription box service, Growing with Baby. The concept focuses on delivering curated seasonal apparel and essentials for infants toddlers and kids while improving customer convenience personalization and loyalty. My work includes market research competitive analysis pricing strategy assortment planning and a full omnichannel experience design for both digital and in store touchpoints.

Merchandise Planning and Sourcing

A complete merchandising and sourcing plan for my accessories brand ARA. This project includes assortment planning, pricing strategy, vendor selection, sustainability focus, and a full time and action calendar for production.

Visual Merchandising

This project showcases a full visual merchandising concept for Aritzia, including brand identity, target market research, inspiration boards, store layout, fixture program, and window display design. It highlights my ability to combine aesthetics with retail strategy to create an immersive in-store experience.

Fashion Design

Embroidered Heritage is a couture design collection inspired by traditional Indian handwork and nature-based motifs. Each look blends intricate embroidery with contemporary silhouettes, showcasing techniques using threads, zari, beads, pearls, and 3D florals. The collection was crafted through weeks of detailed hand-embellishment and presented on the runway, highlighting a fusion of cultural artistry and modern fashion.
